SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

• Your order will be processed, picked, and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. One shipped you will receive a notification email or SMS and will be able to monitor it's delivery status via your order page.
• Shipping is FREE Australia Wide with a low minimum $25 spend. A low $5 flat rate extra charge applies for Express delivery.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only prior to the order being shipped. Contact us immediately using our contact form to request order cancellation. If your order has been shipped prior to us receiving your request, the order will be unable to be cancelled, but you will still be able to return the item.

Items returned within 30 days of their delivery date in same as new condition, unused, and returned in original packaging. will be eligible for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. This can include our actual shipping costs when you have not paid for shipping on your order. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. Unfortunately we are unable to recover actual shipping costs from our carriers.

Alternatively you may return for an exchange, but please contact us first to ensure availability of your exchange item. When exchanging, you are required to pay our actual shipping costs of sending the exchange item to you. This includes when you have not paid for shipping on your original order.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

We currently only ship to addresses located in Australia. If you are outside of Australia and would like to order products from us, please contact us here and we will see what we can do. We are working towards opening our store to more countries shortly.
